Shenzhen has accelerated its push to become a global legal hub with the launch of new foreign-related legal service centers in Longgang and Futian districts recently.
These centers aim to create a support network spanning legal consultation, notarization, cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and intellectual property protection.

On April 13, the Longgang Branch of the Shenzhen Enterprise Global Expansion Legal Service Center and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration were inaugurated.
The platform pools diverse public legal resources — including APEC economy policies, investment risk analysis, foreign-related notarization, international arbitration, judicial appraisal, and financial mediation — to support enterprises in their international operations.

Following this, the Foreign-related Legal Aid Service Center of Futian District and the Xiangmihu Foreign-related Legal Service Center officially opened April 14. To bolster these efforts, a 24-member volunteer legal team has been established to provide multilingual translation and expert advisory services.
These initiatives are designed to address the evolving legal requirements of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan residents, as well as foreign nationals and Shenzhen-based entities conducting business overseas.
