　　步驟一

　　Step1

　　準備好有效證件，包括護照、華僑護照、外國人永久居留身份證。

　　Bring a valid ID document, such as your passports, overseas Chinese passport, or foreign permanent residence ID card.

　　1. 如果護照內頁有簽證蓋章，攜帶該有效期內的護照原件即可；

　　1. If the passport has a visa stamp on one of the inside pages, bring that valid passport;

　　2. 如果為團簽入境，則需要攜帶本人護照及團簽。

　　2. If entering China on a group visa, you need to bring both your passport and group visa with you.

　　查詢附近電信/移動/聯通營業廳，并前往營業廳。

　　Go to a China Telecom, China Mobile, or China Unicom store. 

　　查詢方式有如下兩種（任選其一）:

　　1. 在手機地圖上搜索附近電信/移動/聯通營業廳；

　　注意事項：

　　①如果導航或搜索引擎無法使用，可在APP STORE中重新下載“高德地圖”；

　　②如有其他需要確認的事項，可以先按照搜索引擎中預留的服務電話溝通詢問。

　　1. Search online for nearby China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom stores; 

　　Notes:

　　①If any search engine cannot be used, you can download Amap from the App Store; 

　　②If you have other questions, please call the customer service phone number of the store ahead of time. 

　　2. 撥打相應運營商的官方客服電話，選擇英文語言，向電話客服直接詢問您附近的營業廳地址；

　　各運營商官方客服電話：

　　①中國電信10000；

　　②中國移動10086；

　　③中國聯通10010。

　　2. Call the official customer service hotline of the corresponding telecommunications company. Select the English option and inquire about the address of a store near you;

　　③China Unicom:10010.

　　步驟三

　　到營業廳后在取號機取預約單號、排隊等候。

　　At the store, go to the ticket machine to take a number and wait for your number to be called.

　　1. 按照中華人民共和國工業和信息化部的要求，在號碼辦理過程中會采用人像對比技術，從而確保用戶辦理手機卡時身份信息的真實性，用戶在辦理手機卡時只有在人像比對一致后方可辦理手機卡，所以必須使用者本人去營業廳辦理；

　　1. As required by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, facial recognition technology will be used when applying for a phone number to authenticate the identity of the SIM card user. Customers can only buy a SIM card after the facial recognition process has been completed, so you must go to the store in person;

　　2. 未滿16周歲客戶，應由其法定代理人親臨營業廳代為辦理，需攜帶本人有效身份證件、未成年人有效身份證件及監護關系證明文件；

　　2. For those under the age of 16, their parents or legal guardians should go to store to apply for SIM cards on their behalf. Parents or legal guardians shall bring their valid ID documents, valid ID documents for the minors, and proof of guardianship;

　　3. 若不會說中文（或者非英語國家人士），最好提前下載好翻譯軟件或者叫上中國朋友、翻譯陪同辦理。

　　3. For those who do not speak Chinese (or are from non-English-speaking countries), it is best to download translation software in advance or go to the telecommunications store with a Chinese friend or interpreter. 

　　步驟四

　　Step4

　　叫號后攜帶有效證件到窗口辦理業務。

　　Bring your valid documents to the window when your number is called. 

　　1. 選取號碼；

　　1. Choose a phone number;

　　2. 選取套餐；

　　2. Select a phone plan;

　　3. 完成服務密碼設置、人臉識別認證及簽署入網協議；

　　3. Set the service password, perform facial recognition authentication, and sign the network access agreement.

　　4. 繳費：號碼辦理好后，需要繳納首月費用，可通過人民幣現金、支付寶、微信等方式進行支付。

　　4. Payment: After the SIM card is activated, the fee for the first month needs to be paid through cash (i.e., RMB), Alipay, WeChat, etc.
